Very close to Orduña is this emblematic 17th century farmhouse in Aiala. XVII. It represents and offers a style of cooking based on the quality of the produce, recovering the roots of the traditional recipe book, a perfect combination of past and present.

Restaurante Hikei

Fresh, modern and quality cuisine, in a family and welcoming atmosphere. Creative cooking in the historic centre of Orduña.

Artomaña

Between Murgia and Orduña, Artomaña Txakoliña serves Txakoli and many other products made with the grapes from their vines.

Almazen

Almazen is a restaurant with bar seating, where 15 people can sit around the cooking area to enjoy excellent local cuisine in a former salt warehouse.

We’re still in the land of Wine and Pintxos, and we return to Txakolí. You can also enjoy a wide range of sweets, “perretxiko” pinto beans from Alava and season any dish with the most famous salt of our destination.

Txakoli is more than a wine; it is a symbol of Basque culture and a reflection of its green, coastal landscape.

Sweets from Orduña

The mantecadas are the emblematic and most distinguished sweet of the town, known in the region for being comparable in shape to a muffin or a sobao pasiego, but distinguished by a unique flavour.
