The Basque cooking and tasting workshop at MIMO, in Donostia/San Sebastian, offers you the opportunity to learn how to prepare some of the most emblematic dishes of Basque cuisine, such as cod in pilpil sauce, marmitako, ox rib steak or cheesecake. In this workshop, a professional chef will guide you step by step through the preparation of the dishes. You will also learn about the ingredients and traditional techniques of Basque cuisine.
At the end of the workshop, you will be able to taste the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a glass of wine.
