SagarBike: cycling route and cider tasting in Astigarraga

The SagarBike experience links San Sebastián (Donostia / San Sebastián) with Astigarraga along the bidegorri cycle path that runs beside the Urumea river — known locally as the cider river — on a self-guided route that leads directly to the heart of Basque cider culture. The destination is Sagardoetxea, the Basque Cider Museum, where a guided visit introduces participants to the txotx tradition: a tour of the apple orchard followed by a tasting that includes cider straight from the barrel, apple derivatives — juice and liqueur — and two pintxos. The return journey to San Sebastián follows the same riverside cycle path. Advance booking is required.
