The flavour of the Cantabrian Sea in every spoonful.

This dish, whose name comes from “marmita”, the pot in which it is cooked, is a celebration of fresh tuna, potatoes, peppers, and tomatoes, ingredients cooked to perfection to create a flavourful broth that reflects the taste of the sea.

Originating on the fishing boats of the Cantabrian Sea, today Marmitako is a dish that has evolved in home kitchens and restaurants, but always maintaining its rustic essence and its seafaring roots.
